Per Curiam. Consolidation Coal Company has petitioned for review of an order of the United States Department of Labor's Benefits Review Board affirming an award of benefits pursuant to the Black Lung Benefits Act, 30 U.S.C. §§ 901-945. Because we conclude that the administrative law Judge who heard the claim applied the appropriate standards and based his decision to award benefits on substantial evidence, we shall deny the coal company's petition.
